Rescheduling requests are only available for ICHC and IOT institutes2.
Postpone queries that have not yet occurred:Request at least 2 DAYS before the scheduled consultation date.3.
In case of ABSENCE in the last 6 months:The system does not allow rescheduling if there was one absence followed by another.ATTENTION: in this case, it is NOT possible to ask for prescription revalidation.4.
